Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website is J-Action LLC, which operates the EurekaGO brand. For any question about how your personal data is handled, or to exercise the rights listed below, write to info@eurekago.it.

What we collect, and why

Data you send us through the contact form

If you fill in the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, the part of the supply chain you work in, your message, and your phone number if you chose to give one. We use this only to reply to you. The legal basis is art. 6.1.b GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Enquiries are stored in the EurekaGO leads database, hosted on Supabase and readable only by the EurekaGO team. We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not profile you, and we do not pass your details to third parties for their own purposes.

Analytics

This site uses no analytics tools. There is no Google Analytics, no other measurement system, no tracking pixel and no integration with advertising platforms. For the same reason no consent banner appears: there would be nothing to consent to.

The site writes no cookies of its own. The only thing that can end up in your browser storage is whatever the browser technically needs to work.

Server logs

The hosting provider records ordinary technical access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) for security and diagnostics. These are kept for the provider's standard retention period and are not used to build a profile of you.

Who else sees it

Two categories of processor are involved: our hosting provider, which serves the site, and Google (Ireland) Ltd. for — only after consent — Google Analytics, and Supabase, which stores the enquiries. Data may be transferred outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as the commercial conversation they belong to remains relevant, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Under articles 15 to 22 GDPR you may ask us for access to your data, its correction or erasure, the restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. You can withdraw a consent you have given at any time, without affecting what was lawful before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these, write to info@eurekago.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we update the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be communicated directly where we have a way to reach you.
