The condominium,
in order at last.
STOÀ is the platform for the condominium board: every commitment has an owner and a date, every claim a document, and everyone sees only what is theirs to see.
The problem
A condominium is run by its managing agent, but the information that matters is scattered: WhatsApp groups, emails, scanned contracts, minutes, promises made in passing. The board members who try to keep things moving work from memory and screenshots.
Requests get lost, deadlines pass in silence, and nobody can say, documents in hand, who owes what to whom and since when.
One archive, four doors.
One archive
Actions, suppliers, owners and shares, votes, arrears and irregularities live in a single structured archive. Chats, emails and documents become facts with a date, an owner and a source.
Published in tiers
Every night the same archive produces the pages for those entitled to them. What a tier must not see is never even written into its pages.
One door per role
Everyone comes in through their own entrance, with their own password, and finds only what they need.
Four entrances, four views.
Versioned instructions for the building’s systems, dated reports, the history of the complex, who does what among the suppliers. No personal contact details.
Every open action with a recalculated priority, who is waiting on whom and for how long, votes with each person’s vote, arrears, irregularities and the way to put them right.
Only the actions where the agent or a supplier has to move, and the general-meeting resolutions. None of the board’s internal notes.
With its personal code, each company sees only the jobs that concern it, plus practical information on the common parts.
The archive is evidence, not opinion
Only verifiable facts go into STOÀ: dates, documents, commitments. No judgements about people. That rule is what makes the archive readable by residents and usable if one day it has to stand up in front of someone.
Confidential by design.
One instance per building
Every building has its own archive, its own site and its own credentials: no data is shared between buildings.
Real sign-in
Board members and managing agents sign in with personal credentials, residents and suppliers with their group’s password; sessions expire and repeated wrong attempts are blocked.
Pages filtered before they go out
The check is automatic: if a confidential item ends up where it must not, publishing stops.
Who it is for
For condominium boards that want to stop chasing things, and for managing agents who would rather have a clear list of commitments than a hundred messages.
STOÀ works alongside the managing agent; it does not replace them. The formal point of reference remains the agent’s office.
Status
STOÀ has been in use in a first residential complex since October 2026. New installations are made on request, one building at a time.
